Through KAH-LAW PC, I serve as outside general counsel and special transaction counsel to a variety of business clients.  I practice in the areas of general corporate and business law, mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate finance, real estate and franchising.  My primary market focus is in the restaurant and hospitality industries, automotive aftermarket and other franchised or multi-unit retail markets.  I currently serve as outside general counsel to several multi-unit franchised restaurant operators, having helped them acquire over 500 restaurants and develop over 75 more.
